Enjoy our full and free social programme throughout your time with us.

We offer you plenty to do and see during your stay – from free walking tours of one of Europe’s most exciting, historic and picturesque cities to barbecues and Scottish Dance evenings.

You can explore the city’s streets (from its ghostly alleys to its new town splendour), visit Edinburgh’s world famous art Galleries and museums, sample the delights of its public gardens or simply take in the atmosphere of a city in which there is always something going on.

Sometimes we offer events you need to pay for, but
we will always tell you in advance if that is the case. Paid events include half and full-day excursions to other parts of Scotland.

We also work with a number of partner companies who offer 1,2 or 3-day tours to some of Scotland’s most spectacular attractions – from Glencoe and Ben Nevis to the Trossachs.

These tours can also be booked at the School at our special student discount rate.
